On 7 February 2026, CEDP successfully hosted its Chinese New Year celebration for the Year of the Horse at the Brighthelm Centre in Brighton. The event brought together around 200 participants, including community members, students, families, schools and cultural groups. The programme featured lion and dragon dances, music, poetry, dance and Tai Chi performances. We were honoured to welcome the Mayor of Brighton & Hove, highlighting the event’s strong community engagement and commitment to cultural exchange.
